Job applications
When you submit a job application, we receive your name, contact details, location and job preferences, availability, experience and any résumé you attach. We use this information to review your application and contact you about employment with the JLaw family of businesses. Relevant details may be shared with the hiring team at the businesses you select.
Applications are submitted to FormSubmit and emailed to careers@jlawenterprises.ca, which forwards to our central team inbox. Résumés are sent as email attachments; the website does not publish them or create public download links. Application details are not saved in your browser by our site code. Our email provider and hiring inbox retain messages according to their settings and our recruitment needs.
Please share only information relevant to your application. Do not include a social insurance number, banking information or identification documents. Contact us using the details below to ask about access, corrections or deletion. See FormSubmit’s privacy policy for its handling of form data.
Contacting JLaw
When you submit the contact form, your name, email address, topic and message are sent to FormSubmit and emailed to hello@jlawenterprises.ca, which forwards to our central team inbox. We use these details to respond to your inquiry. No email app is required.
FormSubmit states that it retains form submissions for 30 days and does not retain uploaded files in its submission archive. Our email provider and receiving inbox retain messages and attachments according to their settings and our business needs. Please share only information relevant to your inquiry or application.
FormSubmit may ask you to complete a Google reCAPTCHA spam check. This check is subject to Google’s privacy policy and terms of service.
Browsing this website
This website does not use Google Analytics, advertising trackers or cookies set by our site code. Directory searches and filters run in your browser; the selected filters appear in the page URL so you can bookmark or share them.
The website is hosted by Vercel. When your browser requests a page or asset, hosting systems may process technical information such as your IP address, browser details, requested URL and request time to deliver and secure the website. See Vercel’s privacy policy.
Fonts and external services
